Faye Cargill-Flores

Faye Cargill-Flores obtained her CPA in 1991 and carries over twenty years of experience in senior-level corporate roles as Supervising Senior Auditor at Valley Bank, Financial Analyst at Organon Pharmaceutical,  Senior Accountant at Pillar College, and Finance Manager at Jerry Rose Inc.

In one of Faye’s prominent roles as Supervising Senior Auditor at Valley National Bank, she was responsible for the planning and execution of financial and operational audit engagements for various areas of the Bank that included Hedging, Stock compensation, and General Ledger/Financial Administration; prepared risk assessments and documents controls of operating units through walkthroughs and narratives and validated the integrity of information used to prepare the financial statements of subsidiaries. Determined GAAP compliance and applicable laws and regulations of financial statements.
